Shoot Your Shot - Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Shoot Your Shot is a 12-week online photography & creator program starting on 15 February 2026, hosted and taught by Leni Gruber (@lenigruber) and Jana (@straightouttalens).
By enrolling in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Payment & Enrollment

  • Your spot in the program is only confirmed once the full payment (or first installment) has been completed.
  • All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment plans must be completed in full, even if you decide to stop participating in the program.
  • Access to lessons, calls, or community channels is only granted to enrolled participants.

3. Refund Policy

Because this is a live, small-group program with limited spots, we have a strict refund policy:

  • No refunds will be issued after the program begins on 15 February 2026.
  • Before the program start, refunds may be requested up to 14 days after purchase, as long as no materials have been accessed.
  • If materials (videos, templates, resources) have been opened or downloaded, the refund is no longer eligible.
  • If you miss live calls, coaching sessions, or fail to attend, no partial refunds will be offered.

4. Program Access

  • You receive access to live calls, replays, lesson materials, and community chats for the full duration of the 12 weeks.
  • Access to replays or materials after the program ends may be granted but is not guaranteed.
  • Login details or course materials may not be shared with others.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All course content - including videos, worksheets, templates, guides, and call recordings - is protected under copyright.
You may not:

  • share, copy, sell, or redistribute any materials,
  • upload resources to public folders,
  • teach this program’s structure or content as your own.

6. Participation Expectations

To get the most out of the program, we expect participants to:

  • attend calls as much as possible,
  • actively participate in assignments and discussions,
  • respect other creators in the group.
    We reserve the right to remove participants from the community spaces if behavior is harmful or disrespectful.

7. No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer

This program provides guidance, tools, and mentorship to help you grow your creative career.
However, we do not guarantee:

  • specific income results,
  • brand deals,
  • follower growth,
  • or business outcomes.

Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, and implementation.

8. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for having:

  • a stable internet connection,
  • a device to join live calls,
  • access to editing tools or apps mentioned in the course.
    We cannot provide refunds for technical difficulties on the participant’s side.

9. Liability

By joining the program, you agree that the hosts are not liable for:

  • any decisions you make based on the program content,
  • lost income, opportunities, or business results,
  • technical issues with third-party apps or platforms.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, only if no course materials have been accessed.

By enrolling, you agree that your email, name, and payment information will be processed for course access and communication purposes. Your data will never be shared or sold.
